Containers are filled from a single lot to conserve product and reduce costs.

A stability protocol is generated for each container type based on your stability requirements.
Containers are placed in validated incubators and samples are pulled for tests at specified times.

An interim report is then prepared with pertinent data and analysis.
At the conclusion of the testing a final report is presented to you on all the containers tested.
 

 

Stability Optimization Service (SOS) - How Is It Done?

Among contract manufacturers, HCM is uniquely able to aseptically fill into vials, syringes and custom containers, as well as provide lyophilization and BUBBLE-FREE FILLING®. HCM offers its clients flexibility with regard to final product container choices at an early stage when it is critical to determine optimal product presentation. From the earliest stages of production on, our team is able to fill your product into a range of containers and conduct simultaneous stability testing. This will allow you to review and compare the stability data for the various containers and decide which will best suit your product when it reaches commercialization.
